What You Can Expect:
1. Collaborate with experienced colleagues who will provide training and support.
2. Gain exposure to major multinational clients and the potential to become their main point of contact.
3. Engage in relationship-building activities that contribute to our success.
4. Some travel may be required to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Develop annual renewal timetables for clients.
6. Obtain and analyse claims reports.
7. Prepare market presentations and contracts, ensuring alignment with renewal strategies.
8. Draft renewal reports and maintain registers of insurance.
9. Manage premium billing, collections, and settlements in coordination with relevant departments.
10. Address day-to-day client insurance and risk queries.
11. Assist with mid-term changes to risk and the placement of insurance programmes.
12. Attend insurer and client meetings as needed.
13. Prepare reports on specific projects as requested.
14. Maintain Marsh tracking systems and stay informed about clients’ businesses and insurance needs.
15. Collaborate with various departments to deliver client service solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
16. Experience in account handling and/or client advisory roles within Commercial and/or Corporate Insurance.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
18. A desire to pursue insurance qualifications.
19. Excellent attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
Desirable Attributes:
20. Solid account handling experience, ideally within a diverse portfolio of products and industries.
21. Experience in Corporate Insurance is preferred, but Commercial Insurance experience is also valuable.
22. Resilience and ambition, with a willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.
23. CII qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
