About the Opportunity
This role supports nuclear power programs, including new build projects, technology development, and infrastructure modernization. The successful candidate will work in both client-facing and internal capacities, ensuring high-quality project delivery through effective configuration management and technical oversight.
This position requires collaboration across multiple disciplines, working within a structured project framework to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuration Management - Oversee contract evolution and design changes to maintain compliance
* Stakeholder Collaboration - Engage with internal teams and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of equipment and systems
* Technical Oversight - Lead technical meetings, perform technical surveillance, and resolve queries and issues
* Design Review & Approval - Assess non-conformances, exemption requests, open points, and contract amendments
* Risk & Progress Management - Communicate progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
* Master's degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering or Scientific discipline
* Understanding of pressurized water reactor (PWR) design and associated systems
* Knowledge of equipment interfaces, including safety case considerations, systems engineering, and regulatory compliance
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in contract management and documentary surveillance (preferred)
