The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) is a multi-disciplinary team on the journey of data-driven business transformation. Job Summary As a Program Director, you will support the Corporate & Investment Bank Sales Chief Data Office in driving business priorities and capability delivery. The Program Management function is responsible for the coordination and/or delivery of all projects and business support required, along with minimal business management functionalities. You will be tasked with Influencing stakeholders and senior management and will secure resourcing and support for the data strategy for the CDAO as well as drive delivery of the strategy across multiple, cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities You will work closely with the Interim Sales Chief Data Office and Data Management Leads to define program scope, objectives and key milestones. You will lead multiple, cross-functional delivery teams not under your direct supervision to achieve program objectives You will be required to define and manage the project plan following a traditional Project Life Cycle (PLC) framework in an Agile delivery environment. Partner with stakeholders across different teams and LOBs to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and within scope. You will be responsible for diagnosing and facilitating resolution of key issues and risks. You will update status reporting, evaluating progress and quality, reporting risks, issues and escalates when appropriate. You will ensure operational and business change readiness; supporting the definition and documentation of new and enhanced operating models to implement strategic business priorities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Significant experience of program management, financial services, and/or strategy experience Experience managing projects following traditional PLC framework in an Agile delivery environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Working knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Ability to implement a logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making Ability to lead a high performing, collaborative team environment with multiple in-flight projects and stakeholders Ability to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture Company description JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a leading financial services firm based in the U.S., with operations worldwide.
