They will be working alongside psychology colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams to support inpatients and outpatients with psychological issues relating to their health conditions. The role is dynamic with a mix of direct, indirect, group and individual work.Other roles include research, audit, service development and supervision. The LTC team holds regular meetings and CPD events and has specialist supervision arrangements. We sit under a larger adult team within Psychology in Healthcare. We have a good link to the local doctorate courses and offer trainee placements. This job will provide an experienced psychologist the opportunity to further develop their skills in supervision and CPD, and will provide opportunities for further training in specific therapies and specialist supervision.
