Job responsibilities You will be working alongside a well-established, experienced and extremely supportive team of people, including Psychiatrists, Community Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Support Workers, Pharmacists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Social Workers, Psychologists, CBT Therapists, Students, Administration and Primary Care Colleagues. You will be required to travel to service users homes and various Trust locations as required.
