A new opportunity has arisen to undertake a leading role in the Lease Advisory team of one of our core clients, a well-known and highly-regarded private practice.
You will be expected to provide reliable advice to the Company’s existing clients and also to seek out and establish your own client and instructions base, working with both landlords and tenants across the Capital and the South-East.
As a key hire for the team you will contribute to the development of its future strategy, monitoring and improving profitability and to deciding upon new team appointments.
Key responsibilities
* Actively manage the client base, to deliver the financial goals for the wider London and SE team
* Undertake lease advisory assignments commensurate with the role
* Target business development opportunities working with colleagues within the business
* Look at strategic hires to bolster the Lease Advisory business and develop the skills and potential of team members
* Provide accurate management information to the Head of Commercial
* Delivering year on year income and margin growth
* Manage fee negotiations, billings, all team projects and debt recovery
Requirements
* Educated to degree level
* MRICS/ FRICS
* Experience in advising upon rent reviews and lease renewals, the delivery of successful agreed outcomes through negotiations and when necessary the ability to present reasoned evidence in third party proceedings.
* Strong market profile as a new business generator
* Responsiveness to markets and opportunities
