Our client based on 6 miles south of Leicester city centre is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries and order processing, updating the CRM, producing invoices and submitting to customer, inputting information on to weekly report, updating product location database, completing paperwork for product demonstration requests, ordering new products, allocating registration numbers, recording and logging installations, playing orders for machinery, maintain spreadsheets and company systems with order information, matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, extracting data from systems for audit purposes, recording product dispatches on Excel spreadsheets, arranging transportation for product delivery, general supporting administration and other ad hoc duties.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have exceptional customer service skills and have supported a sales team with administration previously, be able to multitask and prioritise workload and have strong verbal and written communication skills. This role offers the chance to join an established and growing organisation.
