Document Administrator required for a temporary 3-month contract in Weston, full time role position working 37 hours per week.
£13.49 an hour
37 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
Expected start date 3rd March 2025 - Interviews W/C 17th Feb 2025.
About the role
Main duties will include supporting the team with a scanning project to reduce the number of documents held. The successful candidate will need to be prepared to scan a lot of documents of varying size and shapes. Will also include sorting through the boxes to identify documents required for shredding.
The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:
Be used to lone working.
Have great attention to detail and accuracy.
Be organised and methodical.
Have a good working knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications.
Must be happy to carry out manual handling of boxes and shredding sacks.
