As they experience unprecedented growth, a new role of Management Information Analyst has been created in this team. Working with core management systems, you will enable data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organisation through the provision of comprehensive management reports, in pursuit of overall operational excellence.

The role
* Establish key performance metrics across every function (finance, HR, commercial etc) and develop joined-up reports to serve all teams
* Take a leading role in the implementation of a new operational management system to support all MI, assuring its fitness for purpose
* Design the MI dashboards and then deliver reports in accordance with evolving needs
* Support the senior management team with MI for strategic decision-making
* Constantly seek trends and opportunities to improve business performance
* Conduct system audits and health checks, identifying and implementing improvements
* Provide training and support to staff on business systems and reporting tools
The requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ work experience in MI, BI, data analysis or business systems management
* Strong preference for experience in a small or medium professional services enterprise
* Advanced proficiency with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
* Strong Excel and database management skills
* Experience with system implementations or migrations
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business field
