Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Program Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CMM programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS for new and legacy components.
* Inspect precision components from in-house manufacture/assembly, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
* Conduct first-off inspection.
* Conduct first article inspection (FAI) reporting for single-level parts and multi-level assemblies.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Defence offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in engineering or related field required.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in precision inspection and quality assurance.
