Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering:
o Work closely with commercial teams to provide financial insights and support.
o Assist in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and assessing profitability.
o Provide advice on cost management and efficiency improvements.
* Performance Management:
o Monitor KPIs related to revenue, working capital, margins, and profitability.
o Identify and analyse trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
o Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
* Reporting:
o Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
o Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for commercial activities.
o Support external reporting requirements related to commercial finance.
* Strategic Support:
o Play a key role in strategic planning, including market analysis and scenario planning.
o Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and due diligence.
