We are looking for strong communicators and listeners, who have the ability to create bespoke client building management solutions to support their business and energy reduction goals utilising our onsite and offsite services The Service Sales Manager role, for the Midlands area within the Commercial business unit, is geared toward selling ROC (Remote Operations Center), field service, and energy-led building management solutions. These solutions are marketed to End Users and Facilities Managers across London, with a focus on UK-wide multi-site clients. The manager's responsibility is twofold: develop and maintain relationships with existing legacy clients, while also driving new customer acquisition for the full suite of learnd’s offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development & Customer Relations : Maintain relationships with legacy customers while seeking new business opportunities. Sell the full range of learnd’s offerings, including ROC and building management services. Tailored Solutions : Prepare personalized energy and service quotations that align with clients’ specific needs. Negotiation & Communication : Negotiate with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring sales opportunities are both developed and closed while maintaining acceptable margin levels. CRM Management : Use CRM to manage customer records, accurately forecast sales, and prioritize activities like sales calls and opportunity management. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Operations team to exceed customer expectations and ensure promises are delivered. Presentation & Flexibility : Confidently present support and energy solutions to clients, sometimes outside of regular working hours. Professionalism : Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring a professional approach.
