Our online portal 'Foodhub' is a consumer-focused online food ordering platform enabling customers to order their favourite dishes at the click of a button. With a zero-commission model and using the latest technology, dedicated customer service and international advertising campaigns, our restaurant and takeaway partners couldn’t be in better hands.
We are in hyper-growth mode right now and working very hard to support restaurant partners who need orders without giving away all their profits. Our products speak for themselves and with 25,000 restaurant partners across three continents already, our aim for 2025 is to double that to 50,000. The time for our sector is now, and we are therefore looking for an experienced agency/consultancy Recruiter to join our recruitment team on a 1 year fixed term contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
As an experienced recruiter, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to own your desk, create opportunities to recruit, and build relationships with new candidates.
Most importantly, you’ll be a target-driven, high-achieving individual, driven by results and committed to hard work, with the expectation of recruiting between 10-15 roles per month.
Success will be measured by the number of new starters joining the business each month and completing their 6 month probation. Therefore, as critical as it is that you successfully place candidates with speed and achieve your monthly targets, equally as important is the quality of the candidates and suitability for our business and the roles they are recruited for. This is a full 360° role, with responsibilities including:
* Writing and managing job postings, job boards, and social media.
* Proactively sourcing, networking, and talent-pooling candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other available tools and initiatives.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, organising of interviews at all stages, obtaining interview feedback, and ensuring interviewers are prepared for interviews.
* Ensuring the ATS is constantly up to date.
* Perform initial application screening, including first-stage interviews, in line with the hiring manager's brief.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout.
* Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations.
* Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, including attending recruitment events where necessary.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Essential
* At least 6 years experience working for a recruitment consultancy/agency, with at least 3 years employed at the same agency/consultancy.
* Past experience recruiting a high volume of semi-skilled/professional roles in Sales and Business Development.
* Comfortable starting with a Cold-desk, with the skills and experience to build a pipeline of talent quickly.
Desirable
* Experience recruiting internationally, specifically within the USA and Europe.
* Experience recruiting Technical, Software Developer roles.

* A basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a realistic bonus earning potential of £15,000 per annum.
* Remote hybrid role with the expectation of spending 1 day per week in Stoke on Trent, and the remaining working from home.
