This permanent position is ideal for administrators looking to enter or develop their career in the legal world of conveyancing. Our client is a well-established law firm with a thriving Conveyancing team specialising in Plot Sales. They are seeking a naturally organised individual with great attention to detail to join their dynamic team.
Legal Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
2. Manage initial matter set-up procedures, including producing instruction letters and updating central records.
3. Support Conveyancers by providing efficient and effective administrative services.
4. Ensure compliance with quality service standards for all matters.
5. Conduct due diligence to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
6. Handle routine client telephone enquiries and gather necessary information for file opening requirements.
Legal Administrator Requirements:
1. Prior experience in an administrative function (property transaction experience is beneficial but not essential).
2. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
4. Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
5. Strong teamwork skills and collaborative attitude.
6. Availability to work in the office daily.
