Requirements essential to performing this role is : The ability to liaise with customers, service providers and partner agencies to ensure effective delivery of the service. Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service. Effective communication skills, recording information timely and with accuracy including maintaining confidentiality are a necessary function of this role. The collation and maintenance of information is to be completed in accordance with relevant legislation and used to prepare reports. There is a responsibility to identify and contribute to procedural improvements. Use of IT equipment, specialist software and different systems is essential to maintaining records therefore undertaking training for competency of using a variety of systems is a requirement.
