I am seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join a client in Watford. This role involves working closely with senior management to drive key HR initiatives, foster talent, and shape the organisation's HR strategy.
Requirements:
1. Postgraduate in HR or CIPD Full/Part Qualified.
2. Experience in fast-paced sectors such as consumer goods or retail.
3. Global HR experience and a strong background in developmental HR strategies are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management: Support job descriptions, career pathways, and succession planning.
2. Performance Coaching: Assist managers in setting KPIs and delivering effective appraisals.
3. Reward & Recognition: Manage employee reward programmes and annual salary reviews.
4. Employee Engagement: Lead engagement surveys, analyse feedback, and implement improvements.
5. Learning & Development: Promote continuous development through training and external partnerships.
6. Recruitment & Onboarding: Enhance hiring practices and ensure smooth employee integration.
7. Employee Relations & Wellbeing: Provide HR guidance and lead wellbeing initiatives.
8. Internal Communications: Deliver key updates and empower leaders to engage with teams.
9. Strategic HR: Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
