Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you’ll take ownership of the entire admissions journey—from first enquiry to enrolment—ensuring an exceptional experience for every prospective family. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage pupil recruitment at 13, 14 and 16 Deliver a professional, personalised admissions experience for every family Build and maintain excellent relationships with families, agents, and feeder schools Organise and attend recruitment events, including Open Days and assessment days Oversee pupil transitions and ensure effective onboarding Use admissions data to inform strategic decisions and forecasting Contribute to Cranleigh’s marketing, outreach, and growth strategies What We’re Looking For Proven experience in admissions or business administration (education sector desirable) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised, detail-oriented and data-literate A proactive, positive approach with a strong sense of initiative Confident using CRM and school databases (e.g. iSAMS, Metis) A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to travel and work some evenings/weekends for events What We Offer A beautiful working environment in the Surrey Hills A welcoming, collaborative and ambitious team culture A chance to shape Cranleigh’s pupil community at a strategic level Professional development and training opportunities Ready to make your mark at Cranleigh?
