The Role Nigel Wright is partnering with a dynamic business in Newcastle City Centre seeking a motivated graduate to join their team as an IT Administrator. The role will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our tech infrastructure administration. Duties: Managing and procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items Collaboration with the finance team and our finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs Track shipments and liaise with our third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternate solutions in the event of delays Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities, Facilities, and IT teams The Person Skills/Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and written / verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational skills Curiosity and an ability to question and develop processes and operational efficiencies Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a range of stakeholders with the ability to influence and impact up to a senior level Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities and be agile to changing business needs Prior administrative experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous Minimum academic requirements of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university with good A-level grades (or international equivalents) Next Steps Please contact for further details.
