Your responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager:
1. Deliver high-quality project and programme management across the full lifecycle.
2. Provide expert advice to clients on cost, schedules, risks, and issues.
3. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.
4. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Prepare and present monthly reports, project schedules, and risk registers.
6. Implement clear and efficient communication strategies.
7. Develop project delivery plans, ensuring objectives are met.
8. Challenge the status quo and adapt to changing environments.
9. Drive continuous improvement in performance.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
1. Working towards or holding a Project Management Qualification (APM, RICS, or similar).
2. Experience in water or a similar sector (EA, flood, etc.).
3. Strong experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
4. Knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management best practices.
5. Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish.
6. Excellent commercial awareness and lateral thinking.
