Position: Commercial Insolvency Administrator
Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected firm that specializes in providing tailored solutions to businesses facing financial challenges. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of insolvency matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and administrations.
* Drafting and submitting statutory reports and other required documentation.
* Liaising with stakeholders such as creditors, directors, and solicitors throughout the insolvency process.
* Investigating company finances and directors’ conduct where necessary.
* Assisting in the realization of assets and the distribution of funds to creditors.
* Ensuring all case files are up to date and compliant with UK insolvency legislation.
* Supporting senior team members on more complex cases.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in insolvency administration (corporate experience preferred).
* A solid understanding of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
* Proficiency with insolvency case management software and Microsoft Office.
* CPI qualification (preferred but not essential).
