They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short: and long:term sales, boost profitability and increase brand awareness within new sectors, including the B2B HoReCa channels.

Responsibilities include:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across all sectors.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
* Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
The Ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:
* Must have proven sales and new business development experience, ideally within the within the FMCG, Hospitality or Food and Beverage industries.
* Must have a strong network of contacts, especially within the HoReCa and B2B channels.
* Have a passion for coffee and sustainability, with an understanding of the industry.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* Must thrive on winning new business and have a track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
* Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
