In this role, you will provide leadership and support to a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centered care. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring compliance with aged care regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality care. Implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Ensure compliance with all aged care standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct staff training and supervision as required. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other healthcare professionals. Monitor and evaluate care outcomes to maintain high service standards. Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for residents and staff About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a leadership role within the aged care or healthcare sector. A Certificate IV in Aged Care, Diploma in Nursing, or relevant qualification. Strong leadership and team management skills. A deep understanding of person-centered care and aged care standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions under pressure. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
