About Us
Hilton Spencer Academy works to foster ambitious expectations, high standards and shared values. We focus on monitoring progress and achievement so we can celebrate our pupils’ successes. Our children are at the heart of every decision we make, and we work in collaboration with our community to ensure they have a happy, safe and purposeful environment in which they can grow and flourish.
We are looking to employ a reliable, hardworking, fun, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our Teaching Assistant team. This role involves working with teachers to support teaching and learning as a whole by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and, for short periods of time, to be responsible for the whole class in the absence of the teacher.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate delivering high-quality support to children and young people, accelerating the progress of groups of children and young people and developing high quality resources.
If you are passionate about supporting young people in an education setting we would welcome your application. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly committed and supportive team.
