Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team, who has a clean driving license to make a delivery. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen staff and contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Responsibilities
* Assist in food preparation tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following proper food safety protocols.
* Help with meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
* Support the cooking staff during service by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen at all times.
* Drive to our customer and restock the food for sale there.
Experience
* Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous.
* Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards is highly desirable.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
