Technical Compliance Manager
Our client is an absolute leader in their field, supplying the premium UK food retailers. Our client is now seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to join their highly motivated team and to continue to deliver exceptional quality products to their customers.
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality & technical standards within their state-of-the-art site. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of best practise along with updating KPI information and supporting new product development. Continually identifying ways of improving both the physical and financial performance of the business will be key.
You will need to have a good technical understanding of fresh produce quality requirements and the various accreditations expected by leading UK retailers. Ideally you should have at least 3 years experience of working in a similar technical role. You will need to have worked within the production function understanding the pressures on labour and quality as well as utilising your knowledge of BRC, HACCP and GMP standards.
You must be a strong communicator with excellent influencing and leadership skills.
