This role will serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals and stakeholders, focusing on personalized care and improved patient outcomes. The successful candidate is someone who's collaborative, agile, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business account strategies aligned with company vision.
2. Collaborate with accounts to optimize patient care pathways.
3. Navigate local market access and hospital pathways effectively.
4. Build strong relationships with customers by providing valuable solutions.
5. Engage stakeholders to advocate for improved patient management.
6. Utilize excellent questioning and listening skills to identify opportunities for care improvement.
7. Manage the omnichannel customer experience.
8. Apply strategic thinking and business analytics to prioritize opportunities.
9. Work proactively with cross-functional teams to address account developments.
10. Ensure compliance with ethical codes and NHS guidelines in all activities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and business management, particularly in specialty care.
2. Comprehensive understanding of NHS systems and local market access.
3. Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and implement change.
4. Life science degree or equivalent qualification.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Organized with analytical capabilities.
7. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Full driving license and ABPI qualification.
