This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor ideally with 2-5 years PQE (Open to other levels of experience) with a solid background in private client matters property, wills & probate and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, within a busy regional office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to handle a large caseload. You will get access to a solid client base and have a team of experienced solicitors to support you. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. Provide comprehensive legal advice, ensuring clients receive clear, effective, and tailored solutions. Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personalised and professional service. Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry trends affecting private client law. Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider legal team and contribute to the firm's success. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in private client / residential conveyancing. Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
