* I am looking for someone with technical support experience, ideally at the 2nd or 3rd line level, preferably in telecoms, billing, or data processing. You should be proficient in UNIX-based command-line tools, such as Bash or Shell scripting, and have experience troubleshooting data processing, billing errors, and system operations. A strong understanding of telecoms billing concepts, including rating, bundling, and invoicing, is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to execute CLI commands to process data, retrieve files, and resolve issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing technical queries are required. Lastly, I appreciate your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will take charge of billing platform support and troubleshooting by investigating and resolving third-line technical support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You will utilize UNIX-based command-line tools to execute system operations, diagnose issues, and manage data processing tasks. You will process and validate billing data files as well, ensuring accuracy and compliance with system requirements. Additionally, you will build and configure network loaders to support automated data imports and manage automated data retrieval processes, ensuring timely and complete data collection. You'll analyze and resolve rating and bundling discrepancies, configure and troubleshoot invoice generation, and monitor system performance to proactively identify billing-related issues. System testing of new feature releases and collaborating with internal teams to validate system updates and billing enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities.
