About the Role: As an MET Technician, you'll play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Working on a variety of vehicles, including cutting-edge electric and hybrid models, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment. Vehicle Dismantling: Safely dismantle vehicles for panel repairs. Diagnostics & Inspections: Identify faults and determine necessary repairs. Parts Management: Efficiently order and manage replacement parts. Reassembly & Quality Control: Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations during reassembly. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain clear communication on repair progress. About You: You are an experienced MET Technician with a solid background in accident repair, passionate about delivering exceptional work.
