What you'll be doing...
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will have responsibility and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a key member of our team.
1. Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
2. Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels of the kitchen area.
3. Support the Chef(s) with food preparation and ensure the kitchen environment meets high standards.
4. Report any equipment maintenance issues to ensure smooth operation.
5. Operate the till following correct procedures.
6. Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as needed.
