Salary: £30000 to £34000

Key Responsibilities:
" Oversee the day-to-day operations of our supported living services.
" Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support plans.
" Lead, inspire, and manage a team of support workers.
" Work collaboratively with families, carers, and external agencies.
" Promote independence, life skills, and social inclusion for residents.
" Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:
" Proven experience in a managerial role within a learning disability setting.

" Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

" A commitment to person-centred care.
" Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent
