The ideal candidate will understand the retail industry and the latest security and life safety technologies. They will also be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project Engineer Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of security projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Work with clients to understand their security needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage and motivate installation teams to achieve results. Develop and maintain project documentation. Prepare and deliver project status reports. Project Engineer Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in project management in the electronic security industry. Strong understanding of retail security needs. Experience with a variety of security technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in project management software.
