We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich
Location: Norwich, Norfolk - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
In this role you will be working on the Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Development Services alliance (IMRDS). The team maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them with the management of costs for the IMRDS framework across the areas we cover. You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the organisation by collating, organising and analysing data to support the wider administration and commercial teams.
Your day to day will include:
* Updating of commercial reports
* Uploading timesheets
* Processing and raising subcontractor payments
* General team admin
What are we looking for?
This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you hold:
* Good attention to detail and adaptable to change
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the business and external clients
* Good organisational and administration skills
* Experience of working as part of a team and from own initiative along with MS Office application
