L&D Business Partner
Salary: £60k – £65k + Bonus + benefits + hybrid working
My client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a talented L&D Business Partner to help drive impactful learning and development initiatives across their organisation. Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with managers to understand team challenges, identify skill gaps, and determine technology needs.
* Design learning pathways to support employee growth and career progression.
* Focus on delivering key outcomes, including effective onboarding, employee development, and succession planning.
* Take ownership of the global onboarding process and ensure it aligns with business objectives.
* Lead the implementation of LMS Cornerstone and streamline various L&D systems.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and create actionable development plans.
* Embed into teams to enhance development plans and address skill gaps.
Qualifications:
* Experience in corporate L&D, designing and delivering programs aligned with business goals.
* Proven experience with onboarding, skills development, and talent management.
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), with experience in Cornerstone an advantage.
* Strong data handling skills to inform decision-making.
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
