We are looking to recruit a highly motivated senior administrator to support a busy office environment within the Newcastle College Principalship Team.
In this role, you will be required to work to tight deadlines and deal with regularly changing priorities. Excellent organisational and time management skills are therefore essential.
In addition, you need to be a good communicator, be able to prioritise your workload, and have experience in providing administration support to a team of colleagues. The successful candidate will work in a very busy but stimulating environment, working closely with the Principal and his Team, so will need to be a team player and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
At least 2 years of administration experience is preferred, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related discipline.
