Role 1 – Account Manager

Year 1 is all about learning, building momentum, and making your mark. From day one, you’ll be actively engaging with new customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how we can support their requirements. Your goal? As you develop, you’ll gain the opportunity to convert inbound leads generated by our marketing and telesales teams. You’ll also work with our existing database of prospects and less-frequent spending customers—developing relationships and growing a portfolio of accounts.
This role is perfect for a Business-to-Business telesales executive or an exceptional business to consumer sales rep ready to take the next step in their career into account management.
What we’re looking for…
Experience:
* One to two years in a telesales role (alternatively, an outstanding B2C sales background).
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Competent with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.

Role 2 - BDE
We are currently seeking Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be opening doors and are the kind of person who lives for the chase. You are a hunter that thrives on going out into the world and creating something out of nothing!
You will be working with new customer to build relationships, identify new opportunities and drive the sales team forward!
About the role:
In the role you will:
* Work with Sales Management to review the market and build target lists around different service offerings.
* Identify the key stakeholders within target organisations for our service offerings.
* Identify an organisations current approach – what’s working well, what could do with improvement, what’s painful and making their head hurt.
* Look for ways we can add value and how we can support the customer.
* Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
* Attend a weekly sales meeting and regular one to one personal development meetings.
