Smart Teachers are searching for a motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to assist a KS2 child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a mainstream primary school in Newham. This is a chance to become a part of the school community and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
About the role
Offer one-on-one support to a KS2 child with ASD
Support the child with communication difficulties and challenging behavior
Assist with class activities and tailored learning plans
Encourage inclusive learning and effective behavior management
Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
Position starts ASAP and runs until the end of the academic year

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
Have experience supporting children with ASD
