Required to start September to join our midday team at Kings Mill School.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and caring person to supervise students with varying special needs over the lunchtime period. You will work as part of Kings Mill’s experienced team based on our main school site.
Support, guidance and training will be available. All potential applicants are welcome to visit the school to meet with the staff to see what the work involves.
The school and residence are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all its staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a self-declaration of their criminal record or information that would make them unsuitable to work with children. In addition, an online search will be conducted.
You must be able to explain any gaps in your employment/education history and you must have a legal right to work in the UK. Appointments will be subject to satisfactory disclosure checks at enhanced level by the Disclosure and Barring Service as well as other background checks including professional references.

Online applications close on 15 March. Applications will be received at the school up until 12 noon on 16 March.

If selected for interview, an online search will be conducted for candidates. This is in line with KCSiE 2022.
