Property Estates Graduate
There is a unique prospect to work for a FTSE 250 company within a dynamic property team on a national portfolio.
The individual will be primarily supporting the Senior Asset & Development Manager. They will gain exposure to live issues with potential to influence property strategy. There is an opportunity to obtain professional qualifications in this role.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Appropriate support and guidance for all responsibilities will be provided by the Senior Asset & Development Manager. These will be taken on by the candidate as they progress within the role.
· Implementation of a new property information system to support UK and European geographies· Point of contact for operational teams to problem solve property estate matters· Support the business in meeting its sustainability objectives, including benchmarking the estate· Work closely with the Asset Management team to maximise potential from each property and minimise occupational costs · Support management of tenancy income and influence strategy for tenant portfolio· Valuation work will include supporting analysis of formal asset valuation · Instruct and work with professional advisors (lawyers, lease advisory, valuations etc.)
Experience and Skills Required
· Applicants ideally hold a property accredited degree· The applicant should be willing to obtain Chartered Surveyor status (we will support). · Relevant work experience· Ability to understand the business and balance commercial needs with assessed risks· Ability to fully engage with all levels of employees and stakeholders
General and technical competencies
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint· Professional, personable and adaptable style, a gregarious team player· Excellent communicator (oral, written & numerical)· Active approach to both personal development and delivering results for the company· Determined to succeed· Able to use initiative to manage a changing workload· Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role and takes ownership of their person· Is willing to visit sites across various locations in the UK – full driving licence required
