Roche’s PHARMA AMBITION: Deliver 20 transformative medicines addressing diseases with the highest societal burden.
As an organisation leading the way in research and innovation, our knowledge is constantly growing and evolving. Achieving this vision requires a shift in the way we transact knowledge and information. The more knowledge and information are shared and (re)used, the better it gets.
To make this happen, the PD Knowledge Management team has put in place a Knowledge Management Ecosystem which consists of Products, Services and Supporting organizations. It is designed to enhance the organization's ability to capture, organize, and share knowledge across various departments and teams.
By integrating knowledge management operations and change management into the project, the organization can ensure that the KM ecosystem is implemented successfully, embraced by employees, and continues to deliver value in the long run.
Effective knowledge management operations and change management activities help foster a sustainable knowledge sharing culture within the organization.
By establishing clear processes, providing training and support, and addressing any barriers or challenges, the project can encourage employees to actively contribute their knowledge and expertise. This culture of knowledge sharing is vital for the long-term success and sustainability of the KM ecosystem.
