Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the telephone, using it as your main tool to engage and consult with C-level executives at medium to large businesses (£10m-£250m) across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Cold Calling: Your primary focus will be outbound calling, proactively reaching out to potential clients and initiating valuable conversations.
* Consultative Selling: You will gain a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, identifying key challenges and demonstrating how the company’s FX solutions can address them.
* Solution Development: Collaborate with analysts and strategists to craft tailored risk management solutions with the opportunity to develop these strategies independently over time.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: At least 3 months of experience in an outbound sales role.
* Communication: A confident phone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Drive: A self-motivated, positive, and highly target-driven individual.
* Personality: Professional, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
