Job Description
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Support existing customers with a wide range of queries and support.
* Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
* Process customer accounts and file documents.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Take the extra mile to engage customers.
* Keep records of customer interactions.
* Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
* Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven experience of a similar position within financial services is essential.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
