Insurance Sales Advisor
OA are recruiting for a Insurance Sales Advisor to join our client’s highly successful and growing team.
The successful candidate will manage and develop the property account, contributing to the department’s financial and service targets.
Proven sales experience and an insurance background are essential.
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Salary: Up to £35,000 commission

Insurance Sales Advisor- Key Responsibilities:
7. Maintain and enhance existing client relationships making sure that the premium income contributes to the achievement of your own and the department’s financial targets.
8. Providing quotations and securing new business
9. Securing policy renewals and processing mid-term adjustments
10. Cross-selling other insurance products
11. Managing client and departmental emails
12. Maintaining diary systems
13. You'll also actively seek new client relationships, develop professional ties with insurer partners and third parties, and assist with events and exhibitions.
Insurance Sales Advisor- Skills and Experience:
14. Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
15. Cert CII qualification or working towards it is advantageous
16. Proven sales-focused approach with excellent customer service and advice
17. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong math skills
18. Outstanding interpersonal and telephone skills
19. Good organisational skills, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
20. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload, and work within a team
21. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems
