Job Summary:
This role offers you the chance to work closely with the directors, handling the end-to-end recruitment process while the directors focus on business growth. You’ll have full ownership over recruitment activities, excluding business development. Additionally, you’ll help ensure smooth processes, maintain candidate touchpoints, and uphold our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
* Actively source candidates through platforms like job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
* Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Write and post job adverts across various platforms to attract top talent.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with candidates, offering guidance throughout their recruitment journey.
* Keep all candidate interactions updated and consistent throughout the recruitment process.
* Screen and shortlist CVs, identifying candidates who meet role requirements.
* Develop outreach lists of target companies and promote skilled candidates using relevant software.
Process:
* Ensure candidates and clients receive timely updates through multiple touchpoints on our CRM.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring GDPR compliance and data accuracy.
* Load job details onto the CRM and keep TOBs (Terms of Business) current.
* Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing:
* Schedule social media posts across YDF & YTF pages.
* Use brand templates to post job carousels and Google reviews.
* Attend relevant networking and industry events as needed.
* Continuously learn and stay informed on industry trends.
Skills & Experience:
* Relevant qualification in marketing, tech, or a related field.
* Strong experience in a resourcing or account management role.
* Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Collaborative spirit with a strategic mindset.
* Proficient with industry-standard tools and software.
