We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Christchurch Team!
As an Account Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers. You will manage all facets of customer retention (CRM), including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Analyzing operational processes, escalation procedures, and performing training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.
2. Liaising between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries.
3. Reviewing warranty claims.
4. Developing and managing return materials authorization (RMA) processes to ensure customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are done with speed and accuracy, resolving all client/customer service delivery issues.
5. Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
6. Managing export Trade Compliance and Release Certification.
7. Managing and controlling forecasts, line of balance, order loading, contract reviewing, pricing, and quoting.
What You Bring:
Educated to degree level with strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and excellent organization and presentation skills.
4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
