Requirements
1. 3-5 years’ PQE in employment law.
2. Strong experience in handling respondent and claimant cases, including tribunal representation.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
4. Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
1. Managing a diverse caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE cases.
2. Advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues.
3. Representing clients at employment tribunals and preparing cases for hearings.
4. Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
5. Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and providing strategic advice to clients.
