Job summary We are excited to share two opportunities to join us as a Band 2 Receptionist/Administrative Support Assistant, where you will play an essential role in supporting the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team and ensuring smooth operations across all UHB sites. Main duties of the job The overall activities of the post-holder will include: You will be required to undertake a variety of clerical tasks including: To receive, direct and monitor telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing, relating to general enquiries, appointments and information.
