Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Assistant Director for Transformation to join our leadership team. The Assistant Director of Transformation is a key leadership post within the Trust and will be responsible for the continued design, implementation, and maintenance of the Trust's approach to transformation and improvement, which incorporates how we organise, deliver, and improve to achieve our strategy.
The post holder will lead and deliver the Trust's portfolio for the improvement of services undergoing major change and redesign and be responsible for transformation across pathways. In addition, the post holder will oversee the Trust's role in developing collaborative partnerships including providing programme leadership for the East Midlands Perinatal Provider Collaborative.
Main duties of the job
There will be significant opportunity to shape this leadership post and work with dedicated teams to ensure we achieve excellent patient and service user experience. You will also lead in driving key opportunities across the Trust to support the internally agreed major transformation programmes, and integrated working across services as well as across physical/mental health and specialist services, to ensure they deliver key improvements for our patients and carers.
Job responsibilities
You should have significant experience of managing complex change, transformation and a track record of delivery within a health and care setting. Significant experience of service transformation, care pathways and new models of care and experience of involving service users and carers in service redesign and improvement is also essential.

Qualifications
* Educated to Masters Degree level or equivalent level of demonstrable experience
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
Experience
* Recent senior management experience, ideally within a health and care setting
* Significant experience of managing complex change, transformation and a track record of delivery within a health and care setting
* Budgetary management and CIP delivery
* Demonstrable experience of effective partnership working with other organisations at a senior level
* Significant experience of managing and motivating diverse and multi-professional teams, transforming cultures
