Job Description
Health and Social Care Assessor Levels 2 and 3, starting in May/June 2025.
Salary: up to £26,780. Interviews are scheduled to commence ASAP. This is a home-based role covering North Wales (trainee candidates will also be considered).
Location: Anywhere in North Wales, with induction and training in South Wales at HQ for the first few days.
Type: Permanent, Full Time. Working hours are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 4:00 pm finish on Fridays, totaling a 35-hour workweek.

Due to growth, we are seeking experienced health and social care assessors.
Ideal candidates will have solid knowledge and experience in health and social care, with experience delivering NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
You should be able to provide excellent learner support, demonstrate organizational and planning skills, and share your achievements and learner successes. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing positive relationships with learners and employers, promoting e-portfolio use, and ensuring participation in exit interviews for quality assurance. Flexibility is essential.
