About you and the role
As a Researcher, you’ll play a key role in delivering transformative audience strategy work for our clients across the world. You’ll develop relationships, manage projects, and design and deliver brilliant research and insight as part of multi-talented teams.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
Account and project management
* Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted partner.
* Manage consultancy and insight projects, coordinating project teams and schedules to deliver transformative work on time and on budget.
Consultancy and audience insight
* Design approaches, including qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools, to solve client problems.
* Run primary quantitative and qualitative research, including facilitating primary qualitative research and managing recruitment and fieldwork as needed.
* Manage analysis, collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop transformative insights, strategies and actions.
* Produce client deliverables (decks, workshops, reports), communicating compelling stories in ways that inspire change.
Growing relationships
* Nurture relationships with key clients, during and between projects.
* Build connections across our sectors with potential new clients.
* Work with clients to explore their needs and devise potential ways we could help.
* Work with colleagues to scope and cost potential new work, including preparing proposals and pitches.
* Pitch new projects and solutions to clients, helping to win exciting new work.
Your skills
You’ll be the right person for this job if:
* You want to work with organisations to make change, by helping clients understand their audiences better.
* You have experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, with a flair for identifying salient issues and insights.
* You are a natural collaborator with experience of managing several projects at once and are motivated by working to deadlines.
* You’re passionate about solving problems, no matter if they’re big or small; and are tenacious in getting things done.
* You have great communication skills (verbal and written), and are able to engage various audiences with complex issues.
* You are great at building relationships and becoming a trusted partner.
* You have a commercial mindset, with an appetite to get involved in generating new business.
* Language skills, particularly Arabic (Saudi Dialect) or Swedish, are desirable.
You will be working with our clients in the UK and internationally, including in Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Australia, and the USA. To do this, we may ask that you work in other UK locations or overseas from time to time, by arrangement.
